By using Products or Services through www.myyouva.com, you are agreeing to these below TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

In case the quantity of the Product supplied to you exceeds the quantity ordered by you, any additional amount due from you will be adjusted against your next order.

The Products sold on the Platform are perishable goods. Hence, we recommend that you read the instructions written on the packaging of each Product carefully, before using such Product.

CONSENT

You are providing consent to receive communications from Youva through e-mail/text /Whatsapp message.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you through any of the above means will satisfy any legal requirement.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Youva farms reserves the rights to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion with no damage payable to its customers.

Youva farms reserves the rights to reject your order subjecting to the below mentioned reasons:
1. The product you ordered being out of stock.
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
3. If one or more orders placed by the customer is not deliverable to your location.
4. We reserve the right to reject acceptance of any order at any time in our absolute discretion.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

1. Shortly after you have placed an order with us, a notification will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order.
2. Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the same will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the order cancellation policy.
3. Our customer service team is available between 09:00 am - 07:00 pm on Monday - Friday and 09:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday - Sunday.
